Code protection
Digital codes should never be displayed openly before successful order validation and recipient reveal. Top-up.Cards is designed around controlled disclosure, protected access links and secure delivery flows.
- Encrypted code storage
- Hashed access tokens
- Server-side validation
- Audit trail for code reveal events
Fraud-aware operations
- Order limits

Refunds and replacements
Refund and replacement eligibility depends on order status, code reveal status, supplier rules and brand-specific restrictions. Unrevealed or invalid codes may be reviewed for refund or replacement. Valid revealed codes are generally not refundable.
Sanctions and restricted products
Top-up.Cards does not intend to list sanctioned, restricted or high-risk payment brands that may create AML, sanctions, reputational or partner compliance risks. Payment and prepaid products are presented only as partner-enabled roadmap items until officially connected through authorized suppliers.
Supplier cooperation
- Clear product metadata
- Region and activation warnings
- Order status transparency
- Replacement workflow
- Dispute evidence
- Reporting and reconciliation
